Welcome to Moziro. Created by husband and wife Jakob Zaiss and Jennifer de Valk for people to enjoy their love of great tasting organic coffee and delectable chocolate.

Jake and Jenn met 10 years ago tree planting for Brinkman and Associates. Their friendship grew into love and three kids later they have embarked onto their next journey. Opening Moziro Coffee Roasters and Chocolatiers in Shawnigan Lake B.C.With their passion for coffee and chocolate Jake and Jenn will only bring you the best of both. Jenn grew up helping her aunt and uncle in their chocolate store in St. Mary's Ontario where she was inspired by the process of making their wonderful handmade chocolates. Together with Jakes infatuation for coffee and his quest for the best roasted beans in the land , they hope to bring you the best of both worlds.

You will be able to view the drum roasting in the beautiful diedrich roaster at the store. From green bean to finished aromatic superb bean it is a fifteen minute process. The chocolates will also be made on site, all hand dipped.
